Hi all
We have mentioned a few times that we want to send a girlz team to this year's Prague rugby festival. It is likely that we will send a joint team with our frends at St Pierre-Chanel. As we need to make bookings and confirm details, we need you to confirm if you want to come.
The tournament takes place on Saturday 11th April. As we need to book accommodation and internal transport through the hosting clubs, we really need to let them know as soon as possible if we will be sending a team. This is especially relevant due to the fact that the tournament will take place right at the end of the Luxembourg Easter school holidays. It is likely that RCL will also send a U12 team and perhaps a U10 as well.
So, before confirming your availability, please check your plans for the Easter holidays. For those who haven't planned anything yet, it could be a great opportunity to combine the tournament with a holiday in Prague and the wider Czech Republic.
The tournament itself is a very well run and competitive tournament. Clubs will travel there from Italy, Ireland, Germany, Poland and we hope Luxembourg. It will be a great opportunity for us to compete in our first tournament and for everyone to have a great time together as a team! We'll definitely visit the city and eat out together at some stage over the weekend.

- We would stay 2 nights (10th - 12th April) in a hotel in Prague, organised by the hosting clubs. Pricing will depend on availability and the hotel we choose.
- As the tournament will take place during the holidays, and some may use this to extend their stay, we will most probably let people organise their own transport. There is of course the option of car-pooling with other families as happened the last time we went.
- At least 1 parent should accompany any children on the trip, unless they can organise with another parent to take this responsibility
REMEMBER, please only give your availability if you are sure to be able to go. Our confirmation to the hosts will come with a certain financial commitment.
