Hi everybody,
Your U16s coaching team are in the process of putting together a team-building event for our U16s players.
We are planning a trip to the north of Luxembourg, where we would stay overnight at Lultzhausen youth hostel which is about an hour away, and beautifully located on the shores of Esch sur Sûre. It has a restaurant, a terrace, conference rooms, an outdoor sports pitch and a rental for water sports equipment ( https://youthhostels.lu/en/hostels/lultzhausen )
The idea would be to depart directly from Boy Konen after our home match against ROC on Saturday 3rd October around 15:30. We have to look at what options would be available for travel but we will try to make car-pooling work, depending on numbers.
RCL will cover the cost of Bed and Breakfast for the overnight stay, but we will need the parents to contribute and give their kids some money for a Saturday evening meal, Sunday lunch and some organised activities (€50 - €60 maybe?!?).
The idea would be to return to Luxembourg on Sunday 4th October in the afternoon/evening around 18:00.
We strongly encourage participation from a team-building perspective but also as we would like to address some of the requests made by players in their replies to the questionnaire that was sent out.
We need to book this quickly so we need to know which players will be available to participate in this team-building event. Please reply to the following clubee by Friday 11th September.
