Rugby Club Luxembourg boasts several qualified referees (World Rugby level 1 and 2) who oversee matches in Luxembourg and neighbouring countries, especially Belgium and Germany.

Younger referees also take charge of rugby school games at national level (Luxleague, JP Morgan tournament).
